If you would like to become a select food or craft vendor for Cecil County's premiere food and wine event, please complete the appropriate vendor application below.

Food Vendors

For those vendors who are selected to provide food at the Cecil County Food & Wine Festival, you will be required by the Cecil County Health Department to complete the Class II Special Food Service Facility Application. This application is a separate requirement of the Cecil County Health Department for a "temporary food service facility".

A "temporary food service facility” means a food service facility which operates during a period of time not more than 14 consecutive days at a fixed location in conjunction with a fair, carnival, public exhibition, construction project, recreational facility, or similar gathering.
